 I'm not opposed to having a function that does what
 bp_get_loggedin_user_nav() and bp_get_displayed_user_nav() do, but it's
 not smart that they are separate from the main function for this purpose,

 Can you describe how what you want to do cannot be done with
 bp_get_options_nav()? Maybe we can do some refactoring so that the up-for-
 deprecation functions are just wrappers for one centralized function.
