 In various commits above, I've reworked some logic so that
 bp_is_theme_bp_default() isn't necessary either. bp_locate_template() can
 now cover all scenarios with relative ease: parent, child, theme-compat,
 filtered. It could before, but looking more into this issue allowed for
 some hardening of the logic involved.
