 Thanks for confirming.  What is the RSS client you're using again?

 Do you manually set your client to update every 30 minutes?  Do you
 manually refresh your feeds or do you wait for your client to refresh the
 feed?

 Can you try using this small plugin to see if it fixes your problems?
