 As of BP 1.5+, BP_AVATAR_UPLOAD_PATH is not set. I have a site which I am
 upgrading to BP 1.5 that uses the constant directly for some things, and
 as it is not set, this broke backwards compatibility. See
 bp_core_avatar_upload_path().
