 Trac is also for enhancements, but in this case, it was more of a support-
 related question.

 Trac should be used when you've exhausted all possible means to find a
 solution like the support forum, the [http://codex.buddypress.org/ codex]
 or directly looking through the
 [http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/1.5.6 codebase].

 I should note that this is just my interpretation of Trac!
