Comment:

 Closing ticket due to being unable to reproduce, and probably because of a
 timezone misconfiguration somewhere. Please re-open the ticket if you have
 more details and can tell us the timezone that your server is set to, and
 if other timestamps on your site are correct (see boonebgorges' comment).
