 Hadn't had a chance to retest codex with an update but have now and
 confirm it's same issue as mercime pointed me to, having set a new display
 name on bp.org activity stream kicked into life and an update to a codex
 page a few minutes back confirmed same for codex activity stream -
 however, fwiw, before that the page update/revisions on codex did show me
 as having updated so they appear to pick up either 'user name' or 'display
 name' just not main activity.
