 When going through some of the XProfile code, I noticed that when a user
 is deleted we attempt to delete some old avatar user meta entries, which
 is applicable to BP v1.0! (Yes! That far back!)

 Should probably remove lines 456-459 from here:
 http://buddypress.trac.wordpress.org/browser/tags/1.5.4/bp-xprofile/bp-
 xprofile-functions.php#L455
