 Can you be more specific about what you mean by 'admin bar'? Are you using
 BP's admin bar (the "buddybar") or have you activated the WordPress Admin
 Bar by putting define( 'BP_USE_WP_ADMIN_BAR', true ); in your wp-
 config.php?

 More details about your installation would be helpful as well. BP and WP
 versions, other BP plugins running, etc.

 Also, please compare the URLs being pointed to by the admin bar links when
 logged in as an admin, and when logged in as a subscriber. Are they the
 same or different?
