 Hi Guys,

 Users on my test site running on 1.2.9 are causing me no end of grief by
 filling up some forums full of 'spam' posts, by deliberately hitting 'post
 reply' numerous times. With just a few clicks I had over 140 pages of
 forum posts.

 Does the same with latest trunk.

 Apologies if this has already been reported!
