 Given all the different ways theme authors might load their stylesheets
 (enqueuing, including, hooking to wp_head or wp_print_scripts and
 hardcoding, hardcoding into header.php, etc), I don't know of a way to be
 fully general *without* actually printing the head of the document, and I
 don't really know a way to do it without doing ob_start().
