 On two sites I've been working on recently, people don't see the text that
 says: check your email for the confirmation link...  what people see is
 the avatar upload. So i've made that text larger and with lots of padding
 and with an orange line - gaudy, but very important. Seeing as this is
 totally cosmetic on the theme, it can be added to the 1.3 release I think.
