 How about adding a readme.txt into BP-Default? It would be to provide some
 additional support, and theme development information, to theme designers
 who may be more used to looking for documentation in the theme, rather
 than in a plugin.

 There is also a slight benefit in that it removes a recommendation from
 the Theme Check plugin (to supply a readme.txt), but this won't clear the
 recommendation for child themes (those need their own readme.txt)
