 I was talking about #3250 where I mention long usernames push the content
 down. You said to make sure it just doesnt clip behind anything else.

 If you look at #3234 We addressed the issue a bit

 The code to stop it clipping was patched in on another ticket I believe as
 my test site doesnt clip behind the reply buttons..
