 This fails.

 I think it should be:

 @import url("../../../../plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-
 default/_inc/css/default.css");
 /* Inherit the default theme adminbar styles */
 @import url("../../../../plugins/buddypress/bp-themes/bp-
 default/_inc/css/adminbar.css");
