 I'm about to put in changes to the pictures and text on this screen. The
 "Find a theme" section looks for locally installed and BuddyPress
 compatible theme, rather than themes available on wporg, which might be a
 lot more useful, but I'm not sure there's enough time to get that
 implemented for 1.3, so that section will only appear when you do have
 other local BuddyPress themes already.
