 If I skip activating (lets say xprofile) component, and than I change my
 mind and go to the settings page in `wp-admin`, right now, enabling such a
 component doesn't install it's data (in case of xprofile, the default
 fields group).

 So the `bp_core_install()` has to be triggered to fix this.
