 The problem can be traced to bp_core_get_page_names(), which gets the
 correct page ids from BP_ROOT_BLOG with bp_core_get_page_meta(), but then
 looks for those page ids in the current blog instead of the root blog. As
 a result, no BP link are created correctly on the secondary blog
 (especially evident in the admin bar).
