Comment:

 Punting this as the CSS above looks pretty ugly and I don't think it is a
 good idea to put browser CSS hacks into BP-Default. With IE9 in RC, if
 there is a nicer solution for this, perhaps it can go in, and if there
 isn't, perhaps it's a wontfix.
