 Good point. Let's discuss this when and if we decide to build BP-specific
 member/user control in the Dashboard.

 (FWIW I lean toward keeping Members, which is more accurate for community
 sites, as it's clear that it refers to the people themselves. "Users"
 strikes me as ambiguous between the people and the accounts, an ambiguity
 which might be useful for WP's user management system, but is not very
 helpful for forward-facing stuff.)
