Comment:

 Forgive me if I'm in the wrong place for this, but the top dropdown
 navigation problem still persists with IE9 both at testbp.org, and in my
 sandbox intall at obelus.lolthen.net. In both cases, if you click on the
 IE9 compatibility icon to the right of the address bar, the navigation
 then seems to work fine.
