Comment:

 For me if I log in as admin the admin bar works fine. If I log in as a
 subscriber the links do not work. For instance only as admin can I edit my
 profile from the admin bar.

 Replying to [ticket:994 takuya]:

 Instead clicking those links return to root of wpmu install.
