Comment:

 Bumping to 1.3.

 We usually try /really/ hard not to place filters directly on the SQL
 query itself. Rather we try to abstract the intention out into a function
 or appropriate API.

 If you can come up with a specific solution to what you want to do, let's
 see a patch for that instead?
