Changes (by DJPaul):

  * keywords:  HTML, automatically close HTML tags => has-patch, tested
  * priority:  normal => major
  * milestone:  1.3 => 1.2.6


Comment:

 I think this should have been caught by the force_balance_tags filter on
 bp_get_activity_content_body, but it doesn't seem to fix this, so the
 patch adds the filter on the way into the database which it probably
 always should have had anyway.
