 Hi
 Warning upfront- as you will see I am a noob.
 I am experiencing a SQL problem I believe. Thought I would flag it as it
 has been reported before
 I am running WP 3.0.1 and BP 1.2.6
 When attempting to use the BP menu ( e.g. when attempting to login or,when
 logged in via WP Admin when attempting to use any BP menu feature) I am
 getting the following error reported on the web page
 '''[25-Oct-2010 02:52:41] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function
 wp_get_current_user() in /home4/stocast1/public_html/wp-
 includes/capabilities.php on line 1059'''
 and from the host site PHP error log
 [25-Oct-2010 11:29:13] WordPress database error You have an error in your
 SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version
 for the right syntax to use near '' at line 1 for query SELECT * FROM
 wp_13_wtr_attending WHERE rsvp_event_id = 4 AND rsvp_user= made by
 require, require_once, do_action, call_user_func_array,
 wt_render_single_page, WT_Renderer->single, include, include,
 WT_RSVP->get_users_by_event
 Time log suggests these are not related but I thought I should include
 both.
 Why report it here?
 Good question!I did not get the error before installing BP. I do now even
 when I disable BuddyPress via WP admin.
