 After upgrading to BP 1.2.6 I realized the blogs tab is listing blogs in
 order of the last time the owner began a draft, '''not''' when they
 published their post.

 This also happens when users leave a comment or the author edits a
 comment.

 Isn't the desired result that blogs are ordered by the last ''published''
 post?
