 at the Sign-up-page where a user registers, there should be 2 "e-mail
 boxes" in order to make sure that the user enters his e-mail-address
 correctly.

 When a user makes a typo on entering his e-mail-address, he should be
 informed in order to correct his e-mail.

 There are 2 Password-Boxes in BP, and there should be also 2 e-mail-boxes
 so that the user gets his e-mail-address entered correctly.

 This is a standard web-feature nowadays.
