 I wish to register the name 'Blogs' as a new blog on my site -
 http://4.biz. However, when I try to do so I get the following error
 messages:

 1. Only lowercase letters and number allowed

 2. This name is not allowed

 I have not blocked the name in Site Admin > Options.
