 There appears to be some code missing in bp-core-catchuri.php in v1.3 to
 detect if BP_ENABLE_ROOT_PROFILES is defined.

 If BP_ENABLE_ROOT_PROFILES is defined, member pages are broken as well as
 any activity permalinks.
