 I finally figured out why main site was missing from the admin bar and
 other places, main id and superadmin user were missing in the
 wp_bp_user_blogs table. After adding it back, I just saw it disappeared
 again after making an basic options edit in the dashboard on a secondary
 user blog. hopefully someone can replicate this...the secondary blog was
 also a P2 theme.
