 Using WPMU 2.8.4 and BP 1.1 release candidate, on
 http://wowguildportal.com

 When a user (registered and logged in) posts a comment to a blog that goes
 into moderation, and that comment is subsequently approved from the
 moderation queue, only the user's avatar appears on the sitewide activity
 feed, without text, and the avatar is partially obscured by the previous
 feed article. Another comment approved from moderation immediately
 afterwards will have that user's avatar replace the first one, still
 without text and still obscured. Any comment made that does not enter the
 moderation queue will display normally on the sitewide activity feed and
 will replace the partially-hidden avatar of the previous feed item.

 This has happened on both private and public blogs.
