 The private group definition says:

 {{{
 # This group will be listed in the groups directory and in search results.
 # Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group.
 }}}

 But if a member of a private group, that CAN view and participate in the
 group forum try to search for any topic or content in the forums
 directory, the search shows the 'no results message'.

 And despite of this, he can see the tags (in the tag cloud) for topics
 inside the private group forum, but when clicking on tags the 'no results
 message' is displayed again.
