 When a user has no friends and creates a group, on the invite group
 screen, there is an SQL error.

 The logic for displaying the "Select people to invite from your friends
 list" text is faulty if you have no friends - the UL is empty and you get
 this text notice stuck partway in the page.

 The patch attached fixes the SQL error and adds a check to the bp-default
 theme to show a message if a user has no friends to invite.
