 The first part of this patch corrects the bp_dtheme_show_home_blog
 function so it will both handle page/*, and direct the user to a 404 for
 improperly formatted /blog/* urls (for SEO avoiding duplicate content, and
 avoiding otherwise-confusing situations).

 The added bp_dtheme_filter_home_query function prevents double-querying of
 the database when viewing the home blog slug pages (including its index),
 by returning null to the first query statement.
