[bbDev] little bug for rss feed

Hello everybody,
i can't post on track tickets so i post this mail.

It seems to be a little bug on rss feed with non-us servers, so i think
you can replace

              <pubDate><?php echo gmdate('D, d M Y H:i:s +0000');
?></pubDate>
with
              <pubDate><?php echo gmdate('r'); ?></pubDate>

in bb-templates/kakumei/rss2.php (there is 2 lines with pubDate).

is that allright ?
