[bbDev] patch submitted status of tickets

is there way to set a status as patch submitted? that way we could easily
track ones which are worked on..

i could think of two ways
- one resolve and create a status as patch submitted
- add a keyword 'PATCHED' to the ticket everytime you submit a patch..

any thought micheal?
