[bbDev] i18n and 0.73

I'm interested in putting out bbPress 0.73 in the next few days.  It  
will primarily be a i18n fix even though I'm sure we won't get all  
the strings perfect.

Could international users please test the latest code in trunk?   
There has been and a large i18n and RTL patch by Sewar ( http:// 
trac.bbpress.org/changeset/482 ) and several string changes.

Full UTF-8 support in users (and tags) will take more time, but see
