[bbDev] Forum ID column in the Post table

I think it is redundant and troublesome to have forum is in the posts table.
the forum id in the topic table will serve all our purpose..
I think the forum_id column in the posts table should be removed as it is
redundant and will cause trouble later one when we code the move/delete
topics and forums.

I have logged a defect #487.. posts.forum id not updated when a topic is
moved.

any thoughts...
