[bbDev] Install problem.

FYI - 

Given the below I decided to re-install bbPRess and
define a custom user_meta_table as well.

Then after install... in the wp_usermeta gave one of
my users the same bb_capabilities value as the default
user had after install in the bb_usermeta table.

This DID make the "Admin" link appear to the user.
But clicking it did nothing.

?  *shrug*
