[bbDev] About sending bug reports and Trac logging

Hi!

I found a little bug and wrote a patch I'd like to report, but it seems
impossible to register on the Trac to file a ticket (or at least I've
been unable to register and login; I suppose it's not public).

Is it possible to get a Trac login from the admins or should I post it
here?
