[bbDev] Difficulty Adding Topics & First Posts

Did youopy bb-config-sample.php to bb-config.php and fill in the
necessary details?

Did you load http://northcountryguide.com/tourism/carptalk/bb-admin/install.php
and do what it told you?  Did you receive any errors?
