Basicly - everything in bbpress can be customised with css - look at your
html output - see those fancy id's and classes?

1 CSS file can Rule Them All (Sad pun)

 So, I would think that the way that bbpress is heading, it will just be a
single file. A CSS file, anything else is customable to who ever have
directory access - they can do what they want, which is one of the awesome
things about bbpress.
