[bbDev] bbPress and Opera

This bug has been around for awhile.  It may have something to do  
with Opera using cached copies of pages when it shouldn't, or not  
following a Location: header, but I can't figure it out.  Has anyone  
seen this behavior before?

Better yet, can anyone squish the bug?
