[bbDev] access the $forums array

I have the same problem that justin posted:

2. I can't seem to access the $forums array in header.php -- my aim was
to have the forums listed in every page via the header of the template.

although, I'm not trying to add it to the header template, but the 
forum template (bb-templates/forum.php), so not only will the forum.php 
page list available topics for the currently selected forum, but also 
list all the other available forums.

I'm loving bbpress by the way! Awesome work!
