[bbDev] start up questions

I solved the add a forum issue and tried to write it up as a ticket. 
hehehehe... go to the tickets and search for forum and you'll see my 
adventures in wiki code.

here's the score for phpmyadmin:

1. install bbPress
2. open phpmyadmin
3. select the bbPress "forum" table
4. click the "insert" tab
5. here you want to enter:

the id: "1"
the forum name: "whatever"
the forum description: "whatever, whatever..."

6. click "go"

and you're good.

but still go search for my "ticket" if you want a good laugh.
