 If a separator is specified in bb_title(), Statistics continues to use the
 default.

 Solution appears to be removal of the final characters from:

 $bb->static_title = __('Statistics') . ' «';

 In statistics.php.

 (What do you mean, nobody ever reads the Statistics page...?)
