#1097: Quote in profile First/Last Name breaks Display Name As

 On the profile edit screen. Enter a double quote - " - in the profile's
 First Name or Last Name field. Update. From Display Name As, select one of
 the options with a quote in it. Update. Update fails with an unhelpful
 "Display name as is required." error.

 Quotes should be removed from the name fields entirely, not appear on
 Display Name As list, or be encoded such that they work like other
 characters.
