 Hi,

 It's currently very hard to link directly to the first reply of a topic.
 We should have some kind of hook to it. Like we have
 "get_topic_last_post_link()" now, a "get_topic_first_reply_link()" would
 be nice to have too.

 The link could get the same url as the # has in the sec post.
