Comment:

 In bbPress 1.0 all API hooks registered in WordPress (and it's plugins)
 are cleared when bbPress is loaded. You will need to inject the "buddybar"
 some other way.

 As the function is still available and only the hook has been de-
 registered, this may simply be a case of adding the appropriate action to
 'bb_head' via a plugin in bbPress (or 'wp_head', although that really
 shouldn't be in a bbPress template).
