 May be related: Links in the explanation text of Admin -> Settings ->
 WordPress Integration -> Cookies contain href='#', with no valid link to
 "this WordPress admin page". Context is a previous integration under
 0.9.x/2.5.1, upgraded to 1.0/2.7.1, so BBPress should at least know where
 my Wordpress admin is, although it is possible that a new install would
 not have that information yet.

 (And on a related note, it would help if the upgrade contained a warning
 about the need to enter "secure_auth_salt", since it isn't obviously
 required until a new BBPress-registered user tries to log in to
 Wordpress.)
